The questions we hear most often before someone books their first clean.
Will I have the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. Continuity is the whole point of a regular plan. If your usual cleaner is on leave we arrange cover and tell you in advance, with the same brief and same priorities carried over.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
No. Most regular customers give us a key or code. We brief and trust our cleaners with key access and treat your home like it is their own. If you prefer to be there for the first visit only that is also fine.
Can I skip a week if I am away?
Yes. Tell us by 6pm the previous day and there is no charge, we hold your usual slot for the following visit. Last-minute cancellations may incur a 50 percent fee since we have already scheduled the cleaner.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Yes, all standard products and equipment are included in the price. If you prefer eco-friendly or pet-safe products we can switch on request, no extra charge. Some customers provide their own preferred products and we use those instead.
What is not included in a regular clean?
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, full bed changes, interior windows and inside cupboards are not part of a standard regular clean. They are add-ons in the booking form, each at a small flat fee.
How quickly can I start?
Most weekly slots begin within 7 days of booking, often sooner. Fortnightly and monthly customers can usually start the same week. We confirm availability within 2 to 4 working hours of your enquiry.
