When you might book this.

The situations where a checklist-driven EOT clean earns its place over a standard deep clean.

Common scenarios

  • Moving out of a Glasgow flat and the letting agent checkout list has landed
  • Selling a property and the new owner takes possession at the end of the week
  • An HMO or short-let between tenants and you want a full reset before the next stay
  • A flat empty for a few weeks needing a fresh impression before viewings
  • An overseas owner managing the move-out remotely, with the agent handling the key
03

How it differs from a deep clean.

EOT goes further on the things letting agents actually check, with a guarantee on the back end.

What you get on every EOT clean

  • 72-hour re-clean guarantee included, at no extra cost
  • Full limescale removal: showers, taps, toilets, sinks, kettles
  • Skirting boards, light switches, door frames, radiators, window sills
  • Full grout attention in bathrooms
  • Tailored to the agent checklist if you forward it to us at booking

Frequently asked.

The questions tenants and landlords ask before booking an EOT clean.

Is the 72-hour re-clean guarantee really free?

Yes, on every EOT clean. If the agent or landlord flags specific items on the standard checklist within 72 hours of completion, we come back and address them at no extra charge.

What does the re-clean guarantee NOT cover?

Issues outside the standard EOT checklist (e.g. a stain we could not safely remove and disclosed upfront), or anything resulting from re-occupation, works done after we left, or damage caused by movers.

Do I need to be at the property?

No. Key collection and drop-off is a +£10 add-on if you cannot be there. Most letting agents will hand the key directly to us when you arrange it, so the clean can go ahead without anyone present.

How early do I need to book?

For Friday or Saturday slots in the move-out season (June, July, August), 5 to 7 days ahead is sensible. Off-peak we can often do same-week. Same-day is rarely possible but not impossible if a slot opens up.

Will the letting agent accept your clean?

We have worked with most of Glasgow letting agents at one time or another. The 72-hour guarantee means that if there is a dispute on a checklist item, we resolve it directly rather than leaving it on you.

What is not included?

Carpet steam cleaning (we can recommend a partner), pest control, gardening, or any structural cleaning beyond a wipe-down (e.g. mould treatment, which usually needs a specialist). Tell us at booking if any of these apply.
