Yes. We vet cleaners before assigning them to client homes, and all work is insured. Optional DBS checks are available on request.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
That's the goal. Consistency is a core part of the premium service, especially for regular domestic clients and ongoing Airbnb contracts.
What areas of Glasgow do you cover?
City Centre, West End, Southside and select surrounding areas including Bearsden and Newton Mearns. Message us your postcode if you're unsure.
Do you offer end of tenancy cleaning guarantees?
Yes. Every end of tenancy clean comes with a 72-hour re-clean guarantee: if your landlord or letting agent flags specific missed areas on the checklist, we come back and put them right at no extra charge.
How do I book?
Use our booking form, message us, or request a callback. For Airbnb contracts, we set up a recurring plan.
What's your cancellation policy?
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
For premium consistency, we bring supplies but can use yours if you prefer. For short-let changeovers, most hosts prefer we use our own standardised kit.
How many hours do I need?
It depends on property size and priorities. As a rough guide: 2 to 3 hours for small flats, 3 to 5 hours for family homes. We'll advise based on your details.
Can you handle keys and key safes?
Yes. We can work with key safes, concierge handovers, or key holding with clear logging.
Do you clean while I'm home?
Absolutely. Many clients prefer to be home; others prefer we clean while they're out. Either works.
Do you clean pet homes?
Yes, and we're used to it. Let us know about pets so we can plan for hair and odour control.
Can you do same-day or short-notice cleans?
Sometimes, depending on availability. For hosts, we keep a priority lane for urgent changeovers.
Do you do laundry and linen?
Yes. We can wash, dry, fold, and manage linen changeovers for short-lets. Enquire for details.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, and they're the kind of gift that says 'I love you and I respect your time.'
